Overview:
Woodward Co. is hiring an organized and proactive Office Administrator / Project Coordinator to keep our construction company running efficiently behind the scenes. You’ll work directly with ownership to help manage estimates, schedules, permits, bookkeeping, and communications.
What You’ll Do:
- Track incoming bids, client requests, and lead follow-ups
- Coordinate permits, SWPPP paperwork, and subcontractor files
- Help assemble project documentation and job packets for crews
- Enter expenses, reconcile invoices, and assist with QuickBooks entries
- Maintain organized digital job folders in Google Drive
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and support client communication
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
- Experience with QuickBooks, Google Drive, and general office software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Construction experience a plus, but not required
