Office Administrator / Project Coordinator

Location: West Jordan, UT
Pay: $20–$24/hr
Schedule: Part-time (20–30 hrs/week)

Overview:
Woodward Co. is hiring an organized and proactive Office Administrator / Project Coordinator to keep our construction company running efficiently behind the scenes. You’ll work directly with ownership to help manage estimates, schedules, permits, bookkeeping, and communications.

What You’ll Do:

  • Track incoming bids, client requests, and lead follow-ups
  • Coordinate permits, SWPPP paperwork, and subcontractor files
  • Help assemble project documentation and job packets for crews
  • Enter expenses, reconcile invoices, and assist with QuickBooks entries
  • Maintain organized digital job folders in Google Drive
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and support client communication

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Google Drive, and general office software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Construction experience a plus, but not required
