Overview:
We’re hiring motivated and reliable Construction Laborers to support excavation, grading, pipework, prepwork, site cleanup, and more across Utah’s Wasatch Front. This is a great entry-level role for someone dependable, hard-working, and looking to build a career in the trades.
What You’ll Do:
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Assist operators with trenching, backfilling, layout, pipe installation, and concrete prep
- Light machinery and mechanical tool use (skid steer, trackhoe, roller, pump, drill, compacters, etc.)
- Support the installation and cleanup of gravel, road base, fabric, trench boxes, trench plates, etc.
- Shovel, rake, and compact soil and aggregates as directed
- Learn from experienced crew leaders and gain new skills every week
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
- Willing to follow directions, ask questions, and contribute to the team
- No experience necessary – just the right attitude, work ethic, and reliability
