Saw-cut the asphalt and excavated trenches in the roadway to expose the existing utilities. Performed hot taps on multiple sewer and water lines and installed sewer and water stubs (meter preps) for each lot. Removed existing gutters and asphalt to prepare for the installation of new concrete sidewalks, approaches, curbs, gutters, and waterways. Completed the project by rough grading the lots and installing new asphalt roadways.
